I had lower back surgery to help reduce the constant pain in my legs and lower back. I try not to think about what I could have. Instead I am focusing on the positive.

Friday, August 31, 2012. Syd tested for a passed her brown belt test in Tae Kwon Do. Going in for the kill. They get to chose from a number of different moves to break the boards. She chose a side kick. I have seen kids break boards with their elbows too. Bowing to each other after.
